Serving as the Pastry Chef at the iconic Gabriel’s Bar and Restaurant in NYC, she mastered the delicate balance of Italian fine dining and luxury confectionery.

The Transition to Excellence. Today, she translates those "Gold Standard" experiences into a specialized boutique focus. By evolving her brand into a specialized culinary experience, she has created a space where desserts and appetizers are not just prepared—they are architected.
