Standard Orders:

In alignment with our 48-hour production window, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to fulfillment to receive Store Credit. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

Catering & Events:

The 50% deposit required at booking is non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled event date are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, as ingredients and labor have already been dedicated to the custom order.
