For us, that journey started with a vibrant food trailer and general catering company dedicated to honoring the rich and soulful flavors of our Caribbean roots in the Dominican Republic, including our cherished Caribbean dessert traditions. It was a beautiful season of connecting with our community and sharing our culture. Yet, as a Pastry Chef at heart, I always felt a powerful pull toward the art of artisanal desserts—especially those featuring a luscious mascarpone-based cream. This calling whispered it was time to transition and let desserts take center stage.
