As a proud Army Veteran, our founder brings the discipline, precision, and excellence of military service into the kitchen, ensuring every creation meets the highest standards. Above all, she is a devoted wife and mother whose life is rooted in her walk as a Christian. 

Her professional experience was forged at The Art Institute of New York and refined in the high-pressure, elite culinary scene of Manhattan. Serving as a Pastry Chef at the iconic Gabriel's Bar & Restaurant in NYC, she mastered the delicate balance of Italian fine dining and luxury confections, bringing military precision and fine-dining mastery to every creation.
